As Vice President of CALIBRE’s Installation Operations Support Domain, Mr. Charles J. Fowler is responsible for delivery of CALIBRE services with a focus on commercial activities and performance work statement support, Geographic Information System (GIS) support in the field, Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM), Range & Training Land Program (RTLP), and Sustainable Range Program (SRP) in the field.
Since May 2003, Mr. Fowler has supported CALIBRE as the Director, Installation Operations Support, supervising work in ITAM, GIS, and Range Management.
Mr. Fowler is a candidate for a Ph.D in Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University. He has an M.S. in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, an M.B.A. in Financial Management from Dartmouth College, and a B.S. in Biology from Pennsylvania State University.
