Joseph H. Reynolds, senior counsel with Nixon Peabody, LLP was appointed by CALIBRE’s Board of Directors to fill a vacant position on the Board in May 2010.
Mr. Reynolds practices in the areas of business, corporate law, and finance. He concentrates in business finance, including debt and equity investments, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and venture capital. Additionally, Mr. Reynolds has worked on matters involving employee benefits plans. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody LLP, Mr. Reynolds served as personal law clerk to Judge Gabrielli, Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals.
Mr. Reynolds brings to CALIBRE’s Board, more than 30 years of experience in business, corporate law, and finance. In addition to his concentration in business finance, to include debt and equity investments, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and venture capital, he also brings experience in matters involving employee benefits plans.
Mr. Reynolds received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Lehigh University and his J.D. from Albany Law School, where he was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Law Review. He is a member of the American, New York State (Business Law Section), and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
