As Vice President of CALIBRE’s Installation Management & Transformation Domain, Mr. Kurt A. Weaver is responsible for delivery of CALIBRE services with a focus on capital improvements / asset management; Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC); environmental policy, technology, and program support; facility sustainment management; installation operations, public works, and emergency services support; installation status reports and standard service costing (ISR/SSC); real property inventory transfer; real property management requirements; and strategic planning and performance management systems support.
Mr. Weaver joined CALIBRE in April 2006 after almost 30 years of service as an U.S. Army officer. Assignments in the Army included Deputy Director of The Army Basing Study Group for BRAC 2005; Chief of the Operations Directorate for the Army’s Installation Management Agency (now Installation Management Command); and Installation and Garrison Commander for Fort Belvoir, VA.
Since joining CALIBRE, Mr. Weaver has led projects focused on providing installation management related support and analytical services to the Department of Defense. With his leadership, CALIBRE provides services that result in substantial improvements in organizational performance and resource savings for our customers.
Mr. Weaver received his B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel, a M.B.A. from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a M.S. in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
