From the East (Alexandria, Andrews AFB, MD):
Take the inner loop of the Beltway, I-95 South, toward Richmond. In Virginia, take the Van Dorn Street exit. Turn right onto South Van Dorn Street at the end of the exit ramp. Turn right onto Franconia Road. Turn left on Beulah Street. Turn right onto Walker Lane.

From the West (Tyson's Corner, I-270 Corridor):
Take the outer loop of the Beltway, I-495 South, toward Richmond. Take I-95 South, toward Richmond. As you merge onto I-95 South, stay to the right and take the Franconia Road exit (Exit 169) toward Franconia. Keep right and merge onto Franconia Road. Continue on Franconia Road for 1.3 miles. Turn right on Fleet Drive and continue for .6 miles. Turn right on Beulah Street. At the light, turn right onto Walker Lane.

From the North (Pentagon, District of Columbia): Take I-395 South and continue as it turns into I-95 South toward Richmond. Take the Franconia Road exit (Exit 169) toward Franconia. Keep right and merge onto Franconia Road. Continue on Franconia Road for 1.3 miles. Turn right on Fleet Drive and continue for .6 miles. Turn right on Beulah Street. At the light, turn right onto Walker Lane.

From the South (Fredericksburg, Stafford, Dale City):
Non-HOV: Take I-95 North. Take Exit 169 and go straight onto Spring Mall Drive. Turn right onto Frontier Drive. At the end of Frontier Drive, turn left and proceed up the ramp (just before you get to the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station). Merge onto the Franconia-Springfield Parkway heading east. Turn left onto Beulah Street. Turn left onto Walker Lane.

HOV: If you use the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes, take I-95 North and exit at the Franconia Springfield Parkway. At the end of the ramp, turn right to go east on the Parkway. Turn left onto Beulah Street. Turn left onto Walker Lane.

Parking

Short-term visitor parking (less than 3 hours) and parking for visitors with disabilities is located directly in front of our building. Long-term visitor parking (more than 3 hours) must be coordinated with your CALIBRE point of contact. CALIBRE employee parking is located to the right and back of 6354 Walker Lane. Metro/VRE & Shuttle

For Metro, take the Blue line to the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station. This is the last stop on the Blue line. For VRE, take the Fredericksburg line to the Franconia-Springfield stop.

A shuttle service runs between the Bus loading ramp area of the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station and the bus shelter in front of CALIBRE at 6354 Walker Lane. There is no fee for Metro Park riders. The shuttle service is operated by WMATA through the Transportation Association of Greater Springfield (TAGS). The TAGS shuttles run approximately from 6:15 AM to 7:00 PM each weekday, with approximately 15 minute intervals. Look for the metallic sea green shuttles with the "TAGS" logo on the side or Metro Bus S-80 Metro Park.

Entering the Building

CALIBRE’s main entrance is located in the front of the building. Proceed through the lobby. The elevators are straight ahead on the left. Visitors must report to the CALIBRE receptionist in Suite 500 on the 5th floor. If you are a visitor with a disability and need accommodation, please let us know.

From the North: Take I65S to I565 (Exit 340A). Turn left onto I565 toward the east (Huntsville). Follow I565 to the Research Park / Gate 9 exit (Exit 14). Take the exit, staying in the left lane for Research Park / US255. Move to the right lane after passing the exit for Gate 9. Turn right (north) onto US255 / Research Park Boulevard NW. Move to the center lane and proceed north to the US72 exit. Turn right (east) onto US72 / University Drive (3rd exit). Move to the left lane. Proceed to the 4th stop light (The Boardwalk) and turn left. Follow The Boardwalk to the stop sign. Turn right onto University Square. 4900 University Square is on your immediate left. From the South: Take I65N to I565 (Exit 340). Turn right onto I565 toward the east (Huntsville). Follow I565 to the Research Park / Gate 9 exit (Exit 14). Take the exit, staying in the left lane for Research Park / US255. Move to the right lane after passing the exit for Gate 9. Turn right (north) onto US255 / Research Park Boulevard NW. Move to the center lane and proceed north to the US72 exit. Turn right (east) onto US72 / University Drive (3rd exit). Move to the left lane. From the East: Take I59S to US72 (Fort Payne exit). Turn right onto US72 toward the west (Huntsville). Follow US72 to Huntsville. Once you get into Huntsville, follow US72, not US72 alt. US72 becomes University Drive. Follow US72 to The Boardwalk and turn right. Follow The Boardwalk to the stop sign. Turn right onto University Square. 4900 University Square is on your immediate left. Turn into the first driveway and park in front of Suite 28.

From the West: Take I65N/I65S to I565 (Exit 340/340A). Turn onto I565 toward the east (Huntsville). Follow I565 to the Research Park / Gate 9 exit (Exit 14). Take the exit, staying in the left lane for Research Park / US255. Move to the right lane after passing the exit for Gate 9. Turn right (north) onto US255 / Research Park Boulevard NW. From the East (Andres AFT, MD): Take the Capital Beltway, Inner Loop, (I-495 West/I-95 South) toward Richmond. Merge onto US-1 North (Exit 177B) toward Alexandria and continue for 1 mile. Turn left onto King Street/VA-7. Stay on King Street for .2 miles. Turn right onto N. West Street. After .5 miles turn left onto E Braddock Road. In .2 miles, turn right onto Mount Vernon Avenue. Maguire/Reeder is .7 miles further on the right on the corner of Mount Vernon Avenue and E. Howell Avenue. Parking is available along Mount Vernon Avenue and along E. Howell Avenue.
