As Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Martore provides
leadership on the sales and delivery plans and business functions of CALIBRE’s operational elements and one wholly-owned subsidiary.
Mr. Martore joined CALIBRE in March 2004, as part of the acquisition of Strategic
Management Initiatives, Inc. (SMI) which he co-founded in 1997. Prior to joining
CALIBRE, he was President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SMI, named to
the Inc. 500 List as one of America's fastest growing private companies in both
2002 and 2003. Mr. Martore was also a Principal founder and President of Management
Strategies, Inc., and served as a Senior Vice President of Tenera Corporation.
Prior to these executive positions, he served at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission.
Mr. Martore received his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
