As Executive Vice President & Corporate Development Officer (EVP & CDO) for
CALIBRE, Mr. Polster oversees all corporate development activity including
developing and expanding CALIBRE's growth strategy across its defense and
governmental customer base; establishing and executing corporate-wide business
development processes, tools, and procedures to identify and capture strategic
growth opportunities; and merger and acquisition activity.
Mr. Polster joined CALIBRE in January 2003 as Corporate Vice President, Business
Development. He was promoted to EVP & CDO in March 2005. Prior to joining
CALIBRE, Mr. Polster was Director of Corporate Development for Vistronix, Inc.,
McLean, Virginia. Prior to his tenure with Vistronix, Inc., he held key sales
and business development executive positions with Columbia Research Corporation,
Telos Corporation, and DynCorp.
Mr. Polster completed a successful 25-year tour of service as an officer in the United
States Army serving in a wide variety of infantry and aviation positions. He holds
undergraduate and graduate degrees in management.
