March 23, 2009   Alexandria, Virginia, March 19, 2009 - CALIBRE, an employee-owned management and technology services company, announced that Mr. Bill DePuy, the long-time President & Chief Executive Officer of CALIBRE and a member of its Board of Directors, will retire from active service with the company effective February 28, 2010. DePuy has been with CALIBRE for 20 years and has served as the President since 1991 and, in 2000, assumed the role and responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1989.

Mr. Joe Martore, currently Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, has been chosen by the Board of Directors to succeed Mr. DePuy as President & CEO effective March 1, 2010. Mr. Martore joined CALIBRE in March 2004, as part of the acquisition of Strategic Management Initiatives, Inc. (SMI) where he served as President & Chief Executive Officer. Earlier in his career, he served on the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Mr. Martore received his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
