CALIBRE Announces New Member of Board of Directors

Joseph H. Reynolds, senior counsel with Nixon Peabody, LLP, has been appointed by CALIBRE’s Board of Directors to fill a vacant position on the Board, effective 1 May 2010.
Joseph Reynolds practices in the areas of business, corporate law, and finance. He has also served as General Counsel to Nixon Peabody LLP, advising it on general business and ethics. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody LLP, Mr. Reynolds served as personal law clerk to Judge Gabrielli, Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals.

Reynolds received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Lehigh University and his J.D. from Albany Law School, where he was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Law Review. He is a member of the American, New York State (Business Law Section), and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
