The recurring demand for decision support is stronger today than ever as managers in both the public and private sectors are routinely required to make decisions in an environment of uncertainty and, sometimes, without a complete understanding of their business processes. CALIBRE uses Systems Thinking techniques to provide value-added decision support tools to organizations covering a variety of topics including workforce personnel turbulence, logistics deployment, environmental encroachment impact, security clearance requirements, and corporate development. Systems Thinking offers a strong conceptual framework for developing insights and understanding about the interrelationships that govern performance.
