- Logistics Business Information Applications: CALIBRE offers innovative rapid prototyping, evolutionary development (incremental or spiral), and improved velocity management through reduced cycle times to improve agency transformation goals and objectives. Our leading-edge logistics information technology (IT) capabilities and solutions include the Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP). This standard information warehouse and management tool is used worldwide to collect, integrate, and display logistics and financial data.
- Common Operating Picture Development: CALIBRE has collaborated with US Army customers and business partners to support development of a logistics common
operating picture (LCOP). The initial, transformational capability was deployed in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and continues under evolutionary development.
- Value/Supply Chain Integration & Modeling: CALIBRE offers collaborative planning and
forecasting, supply chain synchronization, enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration, and global asset visibility and tracking services. We are instrumental in developing and sustaining the Integrated Materiel Automation Program (IMAP), which provides positive funds control for supply activities. Our experience in ERP tools extends to the SAP® solution being developed for the logistics modernization program. Our approach enhances agency compliance with the president's five-part management agenda and the Clinger-Cohen Act.
- Distribution Management: CALIBRE recognizes that the success of any logistics operation depends on timely, efficient, and assured satisfaction of requirements - bridging the gap between requirements and sources. CALIBRE offers state-of-the-art solutions including process analysis, system optimization, and essential information for collaborative interfaces and performance metrics. Our solutions facilitate distribution management control processes by providing visibility of requirements, identification of sources and in-transit assets, and situational understanding of the entire distribution environment. - Critical, Real-Time Logistics Management Analysis & Training: CALIBRE currently supports the sustainment of forces in the continental United States, Europe, and the Republic of Korea. Our teams have supported operations in Rwanda, Bosnia, and Kosovo, and are currently providing critical, real-time logistics management analysis and training in Afghanistan and Iraq.
