- Nuclear Safety Analysis & Licensing: CALIBRE provides senior-level nuclear safety analysis and licensing services. CALIBRE personnel leverage expertise and experience to offer creative, insightful solutions, and safety analysis strategies for operating and closure sites. CALIBRE participates at all levels of the Department of Energy's Environmental Management program, from preparing nuclear safety analyses and implementing safety basis programs at field sites, to developing implementation policy and reviewing safety basis documentation at headquarters.
