John C. Mutarelli
Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer
As Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Mutarelli leads the planning for and execution of sales and delivery business functions, the management of all operations personnel within CALIBRE’s seven operations Domains and supporting business development personnel.
Mr. Mutarelli joined CALIBRE in 1994 as a Principal and was promoted to Director, Installations and Financial Management in 1997. He was appointed EVP & CFO for CALIBRE in September 2000 and EVP & COO in December 2011.
Mr. Mutarelli began his professional career as a United States Army officer, serving 28 years of active military service. Key assignments include tours with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management, Washington, DC as Director of Operations and Support; and Directorate of Operations and Support, ASA-FM, Washington, DC as Chief Management, Control, and Integration Division.
Mr. Mutarelli received his B.S. in Business Administration from King's College and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University.
