Charles A.P. Corcoran
Mr. Corcoran joined CALIBRE in October 1992 as Director, Strategic Analysis and Organizational Engineering after retiring from the United States Army. He was promoted to Vice President in 1997 and in March 2000 appointed as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Corcoran retired from CALIBRE in June 2005 and remains a member of the Board of Directors. He is also the Chairman of the Risk Committee.
Mr. Corcoran is a graduate of the National War College, National Defense University, and the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. Mr. Corcoran received his B.A. in Political Science from The Citadel and an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
