Brian Rogers
Vice President, Performance & Cost Management
Mr. Brian Rogers serves as Vice President Performance & Cost Management, CALIBRE. Headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, he is responsible for the delivery of CALIBRE services in business transformation and performance improvement, cost management and analysis, performance management, and financial management.
Mr. Rogers joined CALIBRE in January 2008 after over 10 years of experience with a leading management and technology consulting company. He has supported large, high profile IT acquisition programs by leading cost analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and performance engineering teams. He has also supported a range of Defense business system programs as a project manager and technical architect.
Since joining CALIBRE, Mr. Rogers has led a variety of management consulting projects, including several IT architecture and advisory projects for the Department of Defense, as well as studies and analyses for Defense senior leaders. He has also led strategic business development efforts into new markets and new service offerings.
Mr. Rogers received his B.S. in Engineering from Duke University and an M.S. in Operations Research from George Mason University.
