David S. Singer

As Vice President of CALIBRE’s Logistics Management Services Domain, Mr. David S. Singer is responsible for CALIBRE services with a focus on logistics management;  integrated logistics support; materiel and distribution management; logistics training; course development; logistics transformation; working capital funds; acquisition logistics; logistics program management; depot sustainment operations; strategic planning; requirements management; and system process improvement.

Mr. Singer joined CALIBRE in June 2007 after 21 years of service as a U.S. Air Force officer.  Assignments in the Air Force included Chief, Commander’s Action Group for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, the Pentagon; Chief of Logistics, Homeland Security CONOPs, the Pentagon; Action Officer, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller); and installation level assignments in Korea, Germany, and the United States.

Since joining CALIBRE, Mr. Singer has led projects focused on providing logistics management related support and analytical services to the Department of Defense.  With his leadership, CALIBRE provides services that result in substantial improvements in organizational performance, streamlining of day-to-day operations and substantial resource savings for our customers worldwide.

Mr. Singer received his B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an M.A. in Organizational Management from the George Washington University, and has attended Executive Leadership programs at Georgetown University and the Kenan-Flagler School at the University of North Carolina.
