CALIBRE Announces Organizational Leadership Changes, Effective May 1, 2017

Alexandria, Virginia, May 2, 2017 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) announces the following organizational leadership changes.

Dr. Craig College to Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).  Dr. College is responsible for conducting industry analysis and preparing strategies for service offerings, client development, and cost management across the company.  He oversees CALIBRE’s quality programs and process improvement initiatives, and integrates processes for proposal development, contracts and procurement, and project management.  Dr. College previously served as the Senior Vice President, Strategy Development.  He joined CALIBRE in October 2012 after 34 years of government service as a military officer and member of the Senior Executive Service.

Mr. Shawn Gundrum to Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer (COO).  Mr. Gundrum leads the planning and execution of the sales and service delivery, and leads CALIBRE’s four Operations Divisions and supporting business development personnel.  Mr. Gundrum served previously as Vice President of CALIBRE’s Training, Infrastructure, & Environment Division.  Under his leadership, CALIBRE became the most successful prime contractor on the Army’s Training Support Services (TSS) Contract.  A former Army officer, he began his career at CALIBRE in 2009 as a Program Manager with expertise in range modernization and range operations support.

Ms. Janice Lambert to Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Ms. Lambert oversees the financial, accounting, and treasury operations; strategic financial planning; capital structure; and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and 401(k) programs.  She also serves as CALIBRE’s Treasurer and Corporate Secretary.  Ms. Lambert joined CALIBRE in July 2016 as the Vice President, Assistant Treasurer after serving 18 years in the Federal Government.  Prior to joining CALIBRE, she held several Federal Senior Executive positions including Deputy CFO at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), CFO at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), CFO at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Director of Budget at the Department of Treasury.
