CALIBRE Systems, Inc. Names Gretchen L. Idsinga Vice President Training, Infrastructure, & Environment

Alexandria, Virginia, June 29, 2017– CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) is pleased to announce that Gretchen L. Idsinga joined CALIBRE as Vice President of the Training, Infrastructure, & Environment (TIE) Division.  In this capacity, Ms. Idsinga is responsible for business development, service delivery, and management of the Division’s Profit & Loss (P&L).  The Division’s capability areas include modeling, simulations, and training; facilities management; federal property cleanup and disposal; operational environmental and land management; range and training area sustainment; and strategic logistics.  Ms. Idsinga will report to the Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Shawn Gundrum, and she will serve as a member of CALIBRE’s Corporate Leadership Team.

Prior to joining CALIBRE, Ms. Idsinga served as Executive Vice President and Director, Professional Services, at Michael Baker International, where she drove rapid growth by implementing best practices and accountability across her division. She implemented the company’s first-ever three-year plan, recouped millions in revenue by providing an accurate baseline of operations, and oversaw $186 million in P&L.

Ms. Idsinga received an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science at the Air Command & Staff College.  She is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.
