CALIBRE Systems, Inc. Announces LTG (USA-Ret) Karen Dyson as New Member of Its Board of Directors

Alexandria, Virginia, August 1, 2018 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) is pleased to announce the appointment of LTG (USA-Ret) Karen Dyson to the CALIBRE Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2018.

Karen Dyson is the former military CFO/Comptroller for the United States Army with expertise in Defense and Federal Financial Management, risk and change management.

“Karen Dyson has an impressive career overseeing the development and execution of the U.S. Army budget.  She brings talent and expertise in Army financial management which is a key CALIBRE service area,” said LTG (USA-Ret) Terry Scott, Chairman of the Board of CALIBRE. “Karen’s experience and proven leadership in Army programs will strengthen CALIBRE’s ability to implement our strategic plan and grow our business base. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I welcome her as a member.”

Karen Dyson also serves on the Board of USAA Federal Savings Bank, and was the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committees of the Army & Air Force Exchange Service. She is a graduate of Missouri State University, and received an MS degree from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
