CALIBRE supported the OMB effort to collect comprehensive plans for federal workforce improvement and restructuring. We provided organizational change, restructuring, and business process reengineering expertise to facilitate specific government-wide reform initiatives. Our expertise brought special insight into intricacies of tasks that OMB had given to Executive Departments and Agencies.
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
CALIBRE conducts enterprise-level projects for DLA offices, supporting process improvement opportunities through facilitation and direct execution using both contracted and organic resources. We provide Lean Six Sigma, advisory support, and applicable metrics and benchmarks to improve performance. Our efforts help reduce waste, avoid/mitigate costs, promote agility, and improve efficiencies through Continuous Process Improvement project development and execution.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC Veterans Careers Program
CALIBRE delivers award-winning technical training and talent management solutions in support of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Dealer Group, and Retail Dealership after sales operations. In support of Jaguar Land Rover, CALIBRE operates the nation’s first ever G.I Bill® approved and registered OEM Apprenticeships, through the Veterans Career Program, the most successful initiative of its kind within the automotive industry. We have placed over 1,000 military Veteran technicians and train over 5,000 technicians annually.

Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC)
CALIBRE serves as the prime contractor to perform JPMRC planning and Instrumentation Training Analysis and Computer Simulations Support (ITACSS) capabilities to provide a strategic readiness bridge for the Commanding General (CG) of the USARPAC, JPMRC. Our Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) knowledge enabled us to provide training beyond the operational environment.
U.S. Army, National Training Center (CTC)
CALIBRE provided National Training Center in Fort Irwin, CA with about 150 Cultural Role Players (CRP) services in support of Theater Specific Individual Readiness Training (TSIRT) and pre-deployment unit collective training. Role players participate during various Situational Training Exercises and other Collective Training events to replicate mission scenarios. We also provided specialized battlefield effects during Platoon Squad Training Exercise (STX) lanes and Medical Trauma Lanes. CALIBRE can provide up to 1,000 role players on a single training exercise.
Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost and Economics (DASA-CE) Unit Mission Costing
CALIBRE maintains a database of multiple terabytes of processed data pulled from 30+ Army data sources. CALIBRE developers have designed and built dashboards on top of hundreds of millions of data points to provide value insights into supply chain management across all Army weapon systems. Our ongoing projects focus on the creation of decision support tools which include forecasted metrics, supporting the POM process.

Army Logistical Processes and Systems
CALIBRE provides instruction and facilitation in the Army’s core logistical processes: distribution management, execution management, and materiel management. We also provide instruction on Global Combat Support System-Army at the Army Logistics University, Sustainment Center of Excellence, and the Army National Guard.
Automotive Technical Training
CALIBRE delivers Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) automotive technical, non-technical, and new product training, to include Plug-In Hybrid and Battery Electric Vehicle safety and technician training.
Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
CALIBRE executes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process combined with the Experiential Learning Model to provide comprehensive learning solutions tailored to adult learning principles.
Exercise Support
CALIBRE provides full spectrum support for military exercises, to include planning, preparation, execution, and analysis, enabling a realistic operational training environment. We offer these services across the institutional, self-development, and operational domains, and at locations worldwide.
Demonstrated Impact
United States Army Force Management School (USAFMS)
CALIBRE provides instruction and facilitation for 14 courses, ranging from one to 14 weeks, in accordance with Army Accreditation standards and Adult Learning Concept for Training and Education methods. CALIBRE supported the USAFMS to achieve Council on Occupational Education Accreditation for the first time in the school’s 20-year history. We execute and manage all aspects of the school, to include instruction, administration, course development, and technology.
Army Sustainment University
CALIBRE provides instruction and facilitation for nine courses, ranging from 20 to 80 hours, within an Army Accredited institution. We deliver over 500 courses to 10,000 students annually.
United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Range Safety Program
CALIBRE provided 40 hours of instruction and facilitation on inter-Service Range Safety courses (Intermediate) for 700 students during a five-year period at locations worldwide.
Range Officer Professional Development (ROPD)
CALIBRE manages the Range Sustainment Program’s ROPD learning content providing instruction and facilitation for 40 courses that include 80 hours of instructor-led training and 150 hours of interactive multimedia instruction.
