CALIBRE Systems, Inc. Taps Emile Trombetti as Chief Growth Officer

Alexandria, Virginia, November 3, 2020 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) announced the addition of Emile Trombetti as Vice President, Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this position, Emile will lead the Growth Organization and collaborate with Operational Divisions in pipeline identification, qualification and management, opportunity development, capture management, and proposal processes. He will manage market coverage in all Defense, Federal/Civil, National Security, and Commercial market segments.

Prior to CALIBRE, Emile proved his government contracting and leadership experience when he served as the President of Pragmatics and as a Senior Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton. Over his 19-year career at Booz Allen Hamilton, Emile led a number of businesses including the U.S. Army portfolio, the Commercial Cyber practice, the U.S. Navy Technology business, and Business Development across all markets.

Before moving into management consulting, Emile was the head of Global IT Infrastructure and Operations at General Motors and VP of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon).

Emile Trombetti is a graduate of Pace University in New York, having achieved his Masters of Science in Information Systems Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Queens College in New York.

Emile is a member of the Advisory Board for Pace University’s Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. He served as Chairman of Johns Hopkins Children’s Center Corporate Advisory Board in Baltimore, MD and on the Board of Ford’s Theatre in Washington, DC.
