CALIBRE Welcomes Pete Leroy as Vice President, Defense Enterprise Solutions (DES)

Alexandria, Virginia, March 30, 2022 – CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) announced the addition of Pete Leroy as Vice President (VP), Defense Enterprise Solutions.

In this role, Pete will be responsible for the financial performance of DES, controlling and monitoring the execution (technical performance, cost, and schedule) of assigned projects, as well as sustainment, and growth. Pete will also serve as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team and will contribute to the overall direction of the company by working closely with his team and his colleagues. Like all leaders at CALIBRE, he will be focused on business development, program delivery excellence, contributing to company-wide planning activities, and defining and implementing corporate policies and procedures.

Prior to joining CALIBRE, Pete served as the Vice President of Business Strategy and Performance at MITRE Corporation. He has over 25 years of program management, operations, strategy, and business development experience in various parts of the public sector, health, defense, and telecom industries. Before joining MITRE, Pete served as the Chief of Staff for Military and Veterans Operation within the Leidos Health Group (formerly SAIC) with the main emphasis on joint department collaboration to formulate a business strategy to achieve annual operating plan commitments.

Pete Leroy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law (Contracts) from California Polytechnic State University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP).
